Applicant can appeal for rejection by completing the online application form, appeals subjected to DH approval and people need to apply within 10 working days as per section 8 (4) from the date of receiving decision. For Section 8 (6), people need to apply same within 10 working days the date of receiving the decision.
The application will allow follow an online process. Online procedure will be effective from 26th January 2019.
